Hello! I’m Ivy, a passionate Pilates instructor who loves helping people move better and live more comfortably. I believe movement is medicine: through mindful alignment, controlled breath, and thoughtful progression, Pilates helps you build strength, improve mobility, and move with more ease and confidence. My classes blend classical Pilates principles with functional movement patterns, and I design sessions to meet each student where they are — whether you’re recovering from injury, aiming to prevent one, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more balanced in your body. I’m here to support your goals with clear cues, hands-on adjustments, and progressions that keep you challenged and safe.
