I love guiding my students through dynamic sequences that connect breath with movement, creating a sense of fluidity and mindfulness. One of my favourite aspects of practice is exploring different arm balance and inversions. I believe they offer a wonderful opportunity to build strength, confidence and a playful spirit on the mat. My classes are designed to challenge and inspire, helping you to discover your unique potential while cultivating a deeper connection to yourself. Can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Qualification:

- 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training
- 15 Hours Yoga Wheel Teacher Training 
- 15 Hours Chair Yoga Teacher Training
