My journey began with yoga, which provided a sense of mental and physical balance that allowed me to find stillness and focus inward. I believe both flexibility and strength are essential, which is why I also practice Pilates to build lean muscle and maintain a toned physique.

My classes are designed to discover and guide your innerself, connect your mind and body, and exert your potential with joy and sweat. Can’t wait to begin our journey! See you in class!
