    Scope of Application
    The purchased package applies to reservations for all companies operating the Yoga Ground brand (hereinafter referred to as the "Brand"), including but not limited to Yoga Ground Limited, Yoga Ground (CWB) Limited, Yoga Ground TST Limited, and IS Wellness Limited. Regardless of which company account the student uses to register on the reservation platform, the student’s submitted information will be shared and accessible across all relevant studios and companies.

    Reservation Platform
    All class bookings must be made through the designated reservation system set by the company. The system links to the student’s personal details and class records, regardless of which company's account or studio the student uses for booking.

    Package & Promotion Terms & Conditions

    - The packages can be used for all classes within the studios managed by the Brand, without restrictions on location, type, or time.

    - All packages and promotional offers are priced and charged in Hong Kong Dollars.

    - Once purchased, packages are non-changeable, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please read the package details carefully before purchase and assess the risks.

    - The validity period starts from the date of purchase except specifically stated or arranged; all classes must be completed within this period. No extensions are available. Customers wishing to buy single classes can do so separately.

    - Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be accepted once full payment is received.

    - The company will send a confirmation email. If there are credit card payment issues, customers are advised to contact customer service for assistance.

    - Each customer can purchase only one Trial Class package; once paid, it cannot be refunded.

    - The number of purchases allowed for promotional packages is based on the terms and conditions of each individual package. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time, as indicated on the Brand’s website.

    - Promotions are limited-time offers and only valid if paid within the specified period; late payments are invalid.

    - Customers must send a screenshot of the payment via WhatsApp to +852 65513143 within 3 days after payment if it is done through bank transfer or FPS. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the package.

    - Packages are for personal use only, and cannot be transferred or shared. Violations will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

    - Customers must notify us immediately if they change address, phone number, or email.

    - For medical reasons such as pregnancy or health issues, customers must provide a doctor’s note and submit a written extension request. Extensions are up to one year, and any used promotional discounts must be paid at regular price plus HK$100 administration fee. Incomplete or unclear medical certificates will be rejected.

    - For personal reasons, travel, or other non-company-related causes, extension requests must be submitted in writing. Extensions are up to one year, with a HK$500 administrative fee per request, and may be rejected.

    - The company is not responsible for payment fraud, and reserves the right to pursue legal actions.

    - The company may change any terms, conditions, or fees at any time without prior notice.

    *Purchasing courses, registering, or copying these Terms & Conditions through this website or the designated booking system indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these terms.

  2. Classes and Services

    - The company provides items and accessories for yoga and Pilates. Please remove your shoes before entering the classroom. Store them on the shoe rack at the entrance.

    - For safety reasons, customers must wear non-slip socks during Pilates classes. If customers do not have the socks on, instructors reserve the right to deny the student entry to the class, and there will be no make-up sessions.

    - Eating or bringing food into the classroom is not allowed. The use of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances is prohibited. Disturbances, harassment, or offensive language are also not allowed.

    - All classes must be booked in advance. They are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to avoid full classes.

    - Morning and afternoon classes require at least 2 participants. Evening classes after 6 PM require at least 3. If the minimum is not met, the company will notify customers and refund the class credit.

    - To cancel or change a booking, customers must do so 12 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations are not accepted. If a customer does not attend, it will be marked as "absent," and credits will be deducted. Fees paid are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

    - All bookings are made by the customer. The online system records are definitive. Customers can log in to check their records. Any discrepancies must be reported within three days.

    - Special Weather Arrangements
        - If a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No. 8 is issued two hours before class, the class will be canceled. We will notify you about rescheduling.
        - If the signal is lifted two hours before class, it will proceed as scheduled.
        - If the signal is in effect during class, it will continue as normal.

    - The company aims to stick to the schedule but can change it based on circumstances. Changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

    - Class details, including type, instructor, and time, are based on the reservation system. Operational changes do not entitle refunds or transfers.

    - If classes are canceled due to uncontrollable events, the company will notify affected customers and arrange rescheduling.

    - Customers are required to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class starts. All classes will begin on time. To respect others, we reserve the right to deny entry to late students to avoid disrupting the class, and there will be no make-up sessions.

    - Customers must consult a doctor to confirm their fitness for classes. They should ensure they are free from infectious or chronic conditions. Any concerns should be communicated to the instructor.

    - Customers with past injuries must inform the instructor before class for necessary adjustments. If discomfort arises during class, they must stop and inform the instructor.

    - Failure to notify the instructor of any condition or not following advice means customers assume all risks. The company is not liable for injuries or damages from class participation.

    - The company does not guarantee uninterrupted services. Services may be affected by legal or force majeure events. The company will not be liable for losses from such events.

    - If local laws restrict the company or students, customers must comply. Non-compliance may result in denial of service without refunds.

    - All instructors are trained, and refund requests related to class quality will not be accepted.

    - For medical cancellations, customers must notify us in writing with their registered name and present a doctor's note on the same day. The names must match. Failure to provide proof will result in no cancellation.

    - For personal reasons, customers may cancel up to 6 hours before class by paying a $50 fee.

    - The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items in lockers.

    - By registering as a member, customers agree to allow the company to use photos taken during classes for marketing.

    - The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions. Customers who refuse to comply may be denied service without refunds.

    - Terms may change without notice. The latest version is on our website: https://yogaground.com.hk/.

    - Customers must read and understand these terms before using services or making payments.

    - If the company does not exercise any rights immediately, it does not waive them. Exercising a part of a right does not affect the ability to exercise other rights.
