Yoga is a powerful mind-body connection and strengthening journey to Kay.
Apart from making the body stronger, the asana and pranayama practices also make Kay bring calmness and stillness to life.
Kay was a flight attendant and there was one big back injury accident made her can’t walk for a while.
Ever since then, yoga has played an important part to the recovery process.
Kay’s lesson will be interactive , hope students can express more cause she believes everyone has different starting point and needs. She is a fun and energetic teacher. And she believes yoga helps people to become a better person. Let’s grow and learn together.
Qualification :
- Registered Yoga Teacher 200Hr
- Certified level 1 Aerial Yoga Teacher
- Certified Back Care Yoga Teacher
