Pranayama and Meditation (10 Hours)


This topic covers the study and practice of different breathing methods, gestures (mudras), meditation techniques and their significance in life.

Yoga Teaching Methodology, Sequencing, Teaching Practicum (50 Hours)


This topic covers effective teaching skills, class management, class theming and ways to create well-structured yoga sequences for diverse students.

Asana, Alignment Techniques, Yoga Practice (80 Hours)


This topic covers the in-depth knowledge of each asana: the proper alignment, dialogues, benefits, modifications, variations and hands-on assisting techniques. Regular asana practice is also incorporated to help students establish a solid foundation in alignment techniques.
